Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Metro Australia: 5–8 business days (Standard). 2–4 business days (Express).
Regional Australia: 8–12 business days (Standard).
All orders include tracking, sent to your email the moment the package leaves our warehouse.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping: $7.95 AUD
Free standard shipping on orders over $50
Express shipping: $14.95 AUD (2–4 business days metro)

Do you ship internationally?

Right now Travel Wash ships within Australia only. International shipping is on the roadmap — sign up to our newsletter at the bottom of any page to be notified when it goes live.

What if my package is lost or doesn't arrive?

Email us at hello@travelwash.com.au with your order number. If tracking shows the package hasn't moved in 10 business days, we send a free replacement immediately.

Returns & Guarantee

What's your return policy?

30 days, no questions asked. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The product must be in its original condition.

How do I start a return?

Email hello@travelwash.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a return label within one business day.

What if the product is faulty?

Send us a photo or short video of the issue. We'll either send a free replacement or refund you in full — your choice. You don't need to return the faulty item.

Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. All transactions are encrypted with Shopify's PCI Level 1 secure checkout.

Is my payment information safe?

Yes. We never see or store your card details — all payment processing happens on Shopify's secure checkout, the same system trusted by millions of stores worldwide.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us within 2 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best. Once your order has been packed and shipped (usually within 24 hours), we can't change it — but you can always return it under our 30-day guarantee.

Yes. Every Travel Wash product is built for repeat travel — water-resistant fabrics, reinforced stitching, weatherproof hardware. We test each design through dozens of trips before it goes on sale.
