How to Return

Email hello@travelwash.com.au with your order number and reason. Choose: full refund (return item) or 50% refund (keep the item). Refunds processed within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Email us a photo of the item and your order number. We'll send a replacement or full refund immediately.
