Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 AUD within Australia. Orders under $50 incur a flat shipping fee of $7.95 AUD.

Need it fast? Choose Express Shipping for $14.95 AUD at checkout.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times

Standard — Metro	5–8 business days
Standard — Regional	8–12 business days
Express — Metro	2–4 business days
Express — Regional	4–6 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, weather events, or peak seasonal periods.

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on warehouse availability. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking email from us. Use the tracking number provided to follow your delivery.

If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@travelwash.com.au.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of your estimated delivery date, please contact us at hello@travelwash.com.au with your order number and we will investigate immediately.

Travel Wash is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, carrier issues, or events outside our control. However, we will do everything we can to help resolve any delivery issues.

International Shipping

At this time, Travel Wash ships exclusively within Australia. We are working to expand our shipping destinations — sign up to our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Travel Wash is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us at hello@travelwash.com.au within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, we may not be able to make changes.
